Membership Application [pdf] Downtown Tulsa Unlimited (DTU) is a private, non-profit membership association concerned with the growth and development of Downtown Tulsa. Working with the public and private sectors, DTU provides leadership in studying issues that affect Downtown, offers solutions and implements programs which assure the vitality and growth of the Heart of the City. Downtown Tulsa Unlimited is an organization of retailers, bankers, hotel operators, newspaper publishers, radio and television station owners, real estate interests, churches, small business people and major corporate executives, anyone who has an interest in the development and future of Downtown Tulsa. A Board of Directors and Executive Committee composed of DTU members guide and direct the organization's daily activities. About DTU• Acts as liaison between public and private sectors to further residential, retail, office and cultural growth and development. • Manages the Downtown Tulsa Improvement District through Tul-Center, Inc. which maintains public landscaping, performs sidewalk and street sweeping, shuttle services, and provides additional security patrol for the Downtown area. • Hosts, sponsors and assists dozens of arts and civic related events and programs, including Tulsa International Mayfest and the PSO Christmas Parade of Lights. • Markets Downtown Tulsa, its services, businesses, and amenities. • Works with civic, neighborhood and business groups to enhance services such as parking, day care, transportation, health facilities, convention and tourism. • Hosts quarterly breakfast meetings and other programs geared to the interests and needs of the membership."
