LIVE/CORE BUSINESS DISTRICT

The Core Business District is the heart of downtown Tulsa.  It is filled with beautiful collections of Art Deco style buildings, built during the oil boom of the 1920’s, as well as many modern buildings.  Some of the world famous Art Deco buildings include the Philcade built by Waite Phillips and the MidContinent Tower built by Joshua Cosden, one of Tulsa's most colorful oil barons.

There are hundreds of businesses located in the 24 block area of the Core Business District, including the corporate headquarters of BOK Financial Corporation and Williams as well as Local and Federal Government.
